ORDER CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS:

U-Sav.com will make every effort to accommodate your requests if made in a timely matter, however we must first check with the manufacturer to make sure your order has not yet shipped and can still be changed. **PLEASE NOTE: On Backordered Items, the factories give us an an estimated date when they expect the backordered item to be in stock. In many cases these backordered items arrive and ship sooner than their estimated available date, so it is imperative if you should decide to cancel an item that has been backordered, that you contact us first to make sure the item has not already shipped. We will then contact the factory to cancel your order. If we find your order has already shipped, then we are sorry but we will not be able to make any changes in your behalf. Any order that is changed or canceled while "In Process" is considered to be a non-defective return even if the item is still in transit to you. Rejected deliveries for reasons other than visible damage are considered to be non-defective returns. Shipping charges (both to you and back to us) will be deducted from your refund along with a manufacturer restocking fee of up to 30% and a 5% transaction fee for orders that are canceled after they have already shipped.

BESTAR SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We ship only to the continental United States, and we reserve the right to refuse any orders.

Sales Tax: We only charge sales tax for orders shipped to Missouri, which will be calculated upon checkout.

Normal Delivery Conditions:
Bestar & its common carriers provide inside home delivery under the following conditions:
UPS: package meets UPS standards. See UPS packaging specifications below.
LTL (Yellow): Through the door, first floor (3 steps), when package can be delivered safely by one driver.
For packages over 110 lbs or oversized, end user will be requested to assist in unloading.
If end user is unable to assist, please request special services when ordering by calling our office for a freight quotation. (extra charges will apply). Freight charges do not include set-up or assembly of items or removal of packaging material.

UPS Packaging Specifications:
Cannot exceed 150 lbs. (Above 150 lbs must use regular LTL freight companies.)
Contour = Longest size x (2 x width) x (2 x height) :maximum 130" including heavy package protection (adds 4")

***Freight Damages: *** Before You Sign for Delivery***
You should inspect packaging and note any irregularities on the Bill of Lading prior to accepting the goods.
You take full responsibility for merchandise upon acceptance of delivery.

When merchandise arrives damaged: You should note on Bill of Lading, "Refused Damaged" to be entitled to a replacement unit at no charge.

You should then contact us immediately at 1-877-284-9500 to re-order. Re-order will be processed at no charge. Original invoice remains valid.

Please Note: All claims must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods and all returns must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods with a prior notice and authorization. Merchandise returned without authorization will be refused and returned at the customer's expense. Returned items must be in original cartons and in new condition. To receive credit, customer must pay all shipping chargtes (both ways) plus up to a 30% restocking charge and a 5% processing fee.

For concealed damages, Bestar will supply replacement parts at no charge by calling 1-888-8Bestar.
If you refuse replacement parts, it will be considered a customer prerogative. Customer prerogative i.e. end user decides to return order because changed his mind, did not like color, or any and all similar reasons. Bestar will charge the outgoing & return freight charges plus up to a 30% restocking fee and $37 re-labelling charges when applicable (LTL), for goods returned to the factory.

OPTIONAL: Some of our customers have requested Lift Gate Service, where the truck can pull as close as possible and lower your product to the ground. If you need lift gate or inside delivery, please call our office for a special freight quotation. It is your responsibility to make sure a freight truck has access to your home.

Since our products are shipped directly from the manufacturer to you, U-Sav.com will not be liable or deemed in default for delay in delivery due to any causes beyond our control.

Summary of Customer Service and Warranty Information:

BESTAR WARRANTY INFORMATION:

Bestar's warranty is expressly limited to the replacement of furniture parts and components for five years after the date of purchase. Bestar will replace any part that is defective. This warranty applies under conditions of normal use, and does not cover any defects resulting from negligence, misuse, unreasonable exposure, or if the product has been modified by the customer. Bestar reserves the right to request proof of purchase as well as other proof to document a warranty claim. This warranty is not transferable and is only applicable in Canada and the Continental United States. Assembly labor is not included. Regular ground delivery is included.

OFFICE STAR WARRANTY INFORMATION:

Pro Line II LIMITED WARRANTY
ProLine II chairs are warranted from the date of purchase against failure due to material and workmanship as follows:
• Lifetime on component Parts Including pneumatic cylinder, control mechanism, base and casters.
• 3 Years on upholstery fabric and foam against wear and deterioration.
• Leather is not warranted against routine scratching and scuffing, as leather is subject to minor blemishes in use.

All warranties are limited to the original purchaser for normal commercial usage defined as a standard forty hour work week by persons
weighing 250 lbs. or less. The 7102, 7105, 7200, 75-37A773 and 75-47A773 are for persons weighing 400 lbs. or less. This warranty will
not cover labor, freight or damage from misuse, abuse, negligence, alteration, accident, vandalism, rusting, acts of nature or any other
event beyond the control of Office Star Products. The warranty does not cover cosmetic damage that may result from normal use. Liability
for incidental or consequential damages is excluded. The user assumes all risk of injury resulting from use of this product. When usage is
more than 40 hours per week, a five year warranty on all parts applies. Fabric is warranted for one year. This warranty gives you specific
legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
All ProLine II chairs meet or exceed ANSI BIFMA standards.

To make a waranty claim
Contact Parts Department via E-mail parts@officestar.net, by Fax 1-909-930-5629, or toll free parts
number 1-800-950-7262, Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time. Provide model
number and description of the problem and obtain confirmation number. At its option, Office Star Products will:
a. Supply compatible components of current manufacture.
b. Repair the customer’s component.
It is the customer’s responsibility to prepay freight on any components returned to the factory. Return
freight on components covered by warranty will be paid by Office Star Products.

Work Smart LIMITED WARRANTY
Work Smart chairs are warranted from the date of purchase against failure due to material and workmanship as follows:
• 15 Years on all non-moving metal parts.
• 5 Years on component parts including Control mechanisms, pneumatic cylinders, wood, plastic parts, base and casters.
• 3 Years on upholstery fabric and foam against wear and deterioration.
• Leather is not warranted against routine scratching and scuffing, as leather is subject to minor blemishes in use.

All warranties are limited to the original purchaser for normal commercial usage defined as a standard forty hour work week by persons
weighing 250 lbs. or less. This warranty will not cover labor, freight or damage from misuse, abuse, negligence, alteration, accident,
vandalism, rusting, acts of nature or any other event beyond the control of Office Star Products. The warranty does not cover cosmetic
damage that may result from normal use. Liability for incidental or consequential damages is excluded. The user assumes all risk of

warranted for one year. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
All Work Smart chairs are built to meet or exceed ANSI BIFMA standards.

General CHAIR WARRANTY
Office Star General chairs are warranted from the date of purchase against failure due to material and workmanship as follows:
• 5 Years on all non-moving metal parts.
• 2 Years on component parts including Control mechanisms, pneumatic cylinders, wood, plastic parts, base and casters.
• 1 Years on upholstery fabric and foam against wear and deterioration.
• We cannot warrant leather against routine scratching and scuffing, as all leather is subject to minor blemishes in use.

All warranties are limited to the original purchaser for normal Residential usage by persons weighing 200 lbs. or less. All Manual Chairs
plus 244, 299, IM311, S111 and S422 have a weight limit of 150 lbs. This warranty will not cover labor, freight or damage from misuse,
abuse, negligence, alteration, accident, vandalism, rusting, acts of nature or any other event beyond the control of Office Star Products. The
warranty does not cover cosmetic damage that may result from normal use. Liability for incidental or consequential damages is excluded.
The user assumes all risk of injury resulting from use of this product. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have
other rights which vary from state to state.

Space LIMITED WARRANTY
Space chairs are warranted from the date of purchase against failure due to material and workmanship as follows:
• Lifetime on component Parts Including pneumatic cylinder, control mechanism, base and casters.
• 3 Years on upholstery fabric and foam against wear and deterioration.

PRODUCT RETURNS:

DO NOT SHIP MERCHANDISE TO U-SAV.com.

Non-defective return requests will only be accepted up until 10 days after your receipt of the merchandise. These items must be packed in the original unopened carton. Refunds on non-defective items will equal the purchase price minus up to a 30% restocking fee and a 5 percent transaction fee, plus the shipping charges that we paid for delivery to you. These "real" shipping costs are deducted from refunds for non-defective returns. All returns must be sent back to the Manufacturer Freight Prepaid. DO NOT SHIP MERCHANDISE BACK TO U-SAV.COM. Collect shipments will be refused and returned to you. (This does not apply in the event of damaged merchandise - please read Bestar Before You Sign for further explanation.

Be sure to use a shipping service that provides a tracking number, and sufficient insurance to cover the package in case it is lost. We cannot be responsible for lost return shipments.

All items must be returned in "like new" condition including, original packaging and packaging materials, all cartons, documentation, warranty materials and registration cards. Do not deface or write on the items exterior package. The returned items must be returned to us freight prepaid and fully insured and properly packed. Any damage or loss that occurs in transit is you and your freight company's responsibility.

To return an item please call U-Sav toll-free at 1-877-284-9500, and request a Return Authorization number and shipping instructions.

Return merchandise will not be accepted without an RA number being issued. Shipping instructions will then be provided. Your RA number must be highly visible on the outside label of your return package. Merchandise will be inspected upon receipt and credit will be issued for merchandise that can be resold as new. Refunds will not be made on merchandise that is fully or partially assembled.

Unauthorized returns will be returned to the customer freight collect.

Authorized returns will be credited at full cost less manufacturers minimum restocking fee of up to 30% and a 5 percent transaction fee, plus our actual Shipping charges to you, which may be more than what you originally paid.
