Order Approval Procedure for Checks, Money Orders or Wire Transfers: All checks must be drawn in U.S. funds from a U.S. bank. Your order will be approved 8 business days after the day we receive your check, or 2 business days after we receive a money order or bank draft.
We ship only to the continental United States, and we reserve the right to refuse any orders. Many Bush Furniture products are often to heavy or to big to ship UPS or FedEx. If you order larger items like larger desks and entertainment centers, your order will most likely via an LTL carrier with curbside delivery. (Please Note: It is your responsibility to make sure that an 18-wheeler can make it down your street for delivery.) You will be responsible for moving the product into your home. All UPSable items over 30 pounds include the Bush overpacking to protect the product in transit. Please note that Bush Furniture products are shipped flat and ready to assemble.
OPTIONAL: Since some of our customers have requested Lift Gate Service, we make this service available for an additional fee. Please call us for a freight quote that includes Lift Gate Service. With a lift gate, the truck can pull as close as possible and lower your product to the ground. If you need lift gate or inside delivery, please call 1-877-284-9500 for a freight quotation. It is your responsibility to make sure a freight truck has access to your home.
Since our products are shipped directly from the manufacturer to you, U-Sav.com will not be liable or deemed in default for delay in delivery due to any causes beyond our control.
Sales Tax: We only charge sales tax for orders in Missouri, which will be calculated upon checkout.
Since most Common Carrier drivers travel by themselves, they will ask for help in unloading your items from the rear of the truck in order to help prevent any damage to your merchandise.
Before you sign for delivery, be sure to count the number of pieces you are receiving and make sure they match the number of pieces listed on the bill of lading. I'm sorry but we cannot be responsible for any missing items after you have already signed for them.
Even if the package appears only slightly damaged, please write "Package Damaged" when you sign for delivery. If you see physical damage to the carton, please show it to the delivery person, and ask permission to open and inspect the package before signing for it. If you notice damage to the item inside the carton DO NOT ACCEPT IT AND DO NOT SIGN FOR IT! Simply inform the driver that you are refusing delivery and contact us at once to make a report, so we can have a replacement shipped to you immediately. If you refuse delivery, please notify us immediately so that the factory can expect the return shipment. If you have already accepted the package and find that parts are missing or damaged, please call Bush's 800 number and they will ship you the replacement parts free of charge. (If you have any problems, please call us and we will help you.)
Speed matters since most carriers only let us file freight claims within 24 hours of delivery. If we cannot replace the parts, we will have the carrier pick up the package and we will send you a replacement. All returned products need to be in the original packaging. Please contact us at 1-877-284-9500. Since most freight damage claims need to be reported to the shipper within 24 hours of delivery in order to receive reimbursement from the freight company, U-Sav.com cannot be held responsible for any damages reported after 24 hours.
If you are suspect of the appearance of the boxes, but do not have time to inspect each of them before the driver leaves, write on the delivery receipt "Boxes are subject to inspection at time of delivery. Customer will notify carrier of pending damage within 24hrs." This gives you time to look over the product, yet it allows the carrier to know that possible damage may have occured before you took possession of it.
PLEASE NOTE: Rejected deliveries for reasons other than visible damage or shipments that are not deliverable are considered to be non-defective returns and will incur a 50% restocking charge plus a 5% transaction fee. Orders that are canceled after shipping out to you will incur the 50% restocking charge and a 5% transaction fee. It is extremely important that you give us a "good" phone number when you place your order where you can be contacted, because if your shipment goes by LTL or common carrier, they will call that number to arrange for delivery. If they cannot reach you after several attempts and you do not return their calls regarding delivery, your shipment will be returned to the factory and you will be responsible for all extra charges incurred.
A signature will be required to establish proof of delivery. Don't forget before you sign for delivery, it is your responsibility to carefully check and make sure you receive all the pieces or boxes listed on the receipt or bill of lading. You are also responsible for listing any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing it.

BUSH FURNITURE LIMITED WARRANTY
In order to provide you with timely assistance, please thoroughly inspect your furniture for missing or defective parts immediately after opening the carton. To receive a replacement or missing part under this warranty, call Bush's Consumer Service Department TOLL-FREE at 1-800-950-4782. Please have your Model, Part, and Lot Numbers found in the instruction manual available for your reference. You will also need your sales receipt or other proof of purchase. Replacement part(s) will be shipped to you at no charge with Bush Industries assuming all shipping and handling expense.
All Bush Furniture is warranted to the original purchaser at the time of purchase and for a period of six years thereafter.
We warrant to you, the original purchaser, that our furniture and all its parts and components are free of defects in material or workmanship. %u201CDefects,%u201D as used in this warranty, is defined as any imperfections which impair the use of the furniture product.
Our warranty is expressly limited to the replacement of furniture parts and components. For six years after the date of purchase, Bush Industries will replace any part described on the enclosed Furniture Parts List that is defective in material or workmanship.
This warranty applied under conditions of normal use. Our furniture products are not intended for outdoor use. The warranty does not cover: 1) defects caused by improper assembly or disassembly; 2) defects occurring after the purchase due to product modification, intentional damage, accident, misuse, abuse, negligence or exposure to the elements; and, 3) labor or assembly costs.
IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE WARRANTY OF MERCHANT ABILITY, SHALL NOT EXTEND BEYOND THE DURATION OF THE WRITTEN WARRANTY STATED ABOVE, AND IN NO EVENT SHALL BUSH INDUSTRIES BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USE OF THE PRODUCT.
Some states do not allow a limitation on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation and exclusion may not apply to you.
IMPORTANT REMINDER: Please fill out and return your Product Registration Card promptly. Although not required, it will help us serve you even better in the future.

OFFICE STAR WARRANTY INFORMATION:
Pro Line II LIMITED WARRANTY
ProLine II chairs are warranted from the date of purchase against failure due to material and workmanship as follows:
%u2022 Lifetime on component Parts Including pneumatic cylinder, control mechanism, base and casters.
%u2022 3 Years on upholstery fabric and foam against wear and deterioration.
%u2022 Leather is not warranted against routine scratching and scuffing, as leather is subject to minor blemishes in use.
All warranties are limited to the original purchaser for normal commercial usage defined as a standard forty hour work week by persons
weighing 250 lbs. or less. The 7102, 7105, 7200, 75-37A773 and 75-47A773 are for persons weighing 400 lbs. or less. This warranty will
not cover labor, freight or damage from misuse, abuse, negligence, alteration, accident, vandalism, rusting, acts of nature or any other
event beyond the control of Office Star Products. The warranty does not cover cosmetic damage that may result from normal use. Liability
for incidental or consequential damages is excluded. The user assumes all risk of injury resulting from use of this product. When usage is
more than 40 hours per week, a five year warranty on all parts applies. Fabric is warranted for one year. This warranty gives you specific
legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
All ProLine II chairs meet or exceed ANSI BIFMA standards.

number and description of the problem and obtain confirmation number. At its option, Office Star Products will:
a. Supply compatible components of current manufacture.
b. Repair the customer%u2019s component.
It is the customer%u2019s responsibility to prepay freight on any components returned to the factory. Return
freight on components covered by warranty will be paid by Office Star Products.
Work Smart LIMITED WARRANTY
Work Smart chairs are warranted from the date of purchase against failure due to material and workmanship as follows:
%u2022 15 Years on all non-moving metal parts.
%u2022 5 Years on component parts including Control mechanisms, pneumatic cylinders, wood, plastic parts, base and casters.
%u2022 3 Years on upholstery fabric and foam against wear and deterioration.
%u2022 Leather is not warranted against routine scratching and scuffing, as leather is subject to minor blemishes in use.
All warranties are limited to the original purchaser for normal commercial usage defined as a standard forty hour work week by persons

General CHAIR WARRANTY
Office Star General chairs are warranted from the date of purchase against failure due to material and workmanship as follows:

%u2022 1 Years on upholstery fabric and foam against wear and deterioration.
%u2022 We cannot warrant leather against routine scratching and scuffing, as all leather is subject to minor blemishes in use.
All warranties are limited to the original purchaser for normal Residential usage by persons weighing 200 lbs. or less. All Manual Chairs
plus 244, 299, IM311, S111 and S422 have a weight limit of 150 lbs. This warranty will not cover labor, freight or damage from misuse,
abuse, negligence, alteration, accident, vandalism, rusting, acts of nature or any other event beyond the control of Office Star Products. The
warranty does not cover cosmetic damage that may result from normal use. Liability for incidental or consequential damages is excluded.
The user assumes all risk of injury resulting from use of this product. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have
other rights which vary from state to state.
Space LIMITED WARRANTY

ORDER CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS:
U-Sav.com will make every effort to accomodate your requests if made in a timely matter, however we must first check with the manufacturer to make sure your order has not shipped and can still be changed. If we find your order has already been shipped or is "In Process" and cannot be stopped or changed, then I'm sorry but we will not be able to make any changes in your behalf. Any order that is changed or canceled while "In Process" is considered to be a non-defective return even if the item is still in transit to you. Rejected deliveries for reasons other than visible damage or shipments that are not deliverable are considered to be non-defective returns. You will be charged a 50% restocking fee plus a 5 percent transaction fee for orders that are canceled after shipping out to you. PLEASE NOTE: It is extremely important that you give us a "good" phone number when you place your order where you can be contacted, because if your shipment goes by LTL or common carrier, they will call that number to arrange for delivery. If they cannot reach you after several attempts and you do not return their calls regarding delivery, your shipment will be returned to the factory and you will be responsible for all extra charges incurred.
DO NOT SHIP MERCHANDISE TO U-Sav.com.
Non-defective return requests will be accepted up until 14 days after your receipt of the merchandise. These items must be packed in the original carton with all packing materials. Refunds on non-defective items will equal the purchase price minus a 50% restocking fee and a 5 percent transaction fee. All returns must be sent back to Bush Furniture Freight Prepaid. Collect shipments will be refused and returned to you. (This does not apply in the event of damaged merchandise - please read Before you sign for delivery for further explanation.
Be sure to use a shipping service that provides a tracking number, and sufficient insurance to cover the package in case it is lost. We cannot be responsible for lost return shipments.
All items must be returned in "like new" condition including, original packaging and packaging materials, all cartons, documentation, warranty materials and registration cards. Do not deface or write on the items exterior package. The returned items must be returned to us freight prepaid and fully insured and properly packed. Any damage or loss that occurs in transit is your and your freight company's responsibility.
To return an item please call U-Sav toll-free at 1-877-284-9500, and request a Return Authorization number and shipping instructions.
Return merchandise will not be accepted without an RA number being issued. Shipping instructions will then be provided. Your RA number must be highly visible on the outside label of your return package. Merchandise will be inspected upon receipt and credit will be issued for merchandise that can be resold as new. Refunds will not be made on merchandise that is fully or partially assembled.
Unauthorized returns will be returned to the customer freight collect.
Authorized returns will be credited at full cost less manufacturers 50% restocking fee and a 5% transaction fee.
