Order Approval Procedure for Checks, Money Orders or Wire Transfers: All checks must be drawn in U.S. funds from a U.S. bank. Your order will be approved 8 business days after the day we receive your check, or 2 business days after we receive a money order or bank draft.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Sales Tax:  Orders shipped to Missouri must add 7.325% state tax to total purchase amount (this will be calculated for you at checkout). We ship only to the continental United States. Most shipments under 130 lbs. are sent by UPS and delivered to your home or office. Oversize shipments, or shipments over 130 lbs. usually require the use of a Common Carrier and are typically curbside delivery only. Common carrier drivers usually travel alone and will ask for your assistance in unloading the items from the rear of the truck to help prevent any damage to the merchandise.

Since all our products are shipped directly from the manufacturers to you, U-Sav.com will not be liable or deemed in default for delay in delivery due to any causes beyond our control.

  • Curbside Home Delivery %u2013 This service provides direct delivery to the customer home with curbside drop off. (Service does not provide: Inside Placement, Assembly, Unpacking, Debris Removal, etc.)
  • Deliveries are performed Monday through Friday between 8:00AM and 5:00PM excluding holidays. With some carriers, consumers may receive a courtesy call from the carrier to schedule a 4-hour delivery window within these times. Time specific or deliveries outside the standard delivery times are not available.

You must inspect all products and cartons prior to signing delivery documentation. Verify that all cartons are intact and in good condition. In the event an item appears to be damaged, you should notify the delivery driver and a notation should be made identifying the items with damage on the delivery documentation. Notify U-SAV Customer Service at 877-284-9500 upon completion of the above to arrange for replacement or parts delivery. Items damaged by the carrier will be redelivered at no additional charge.

Items refused at time of delivery or a request to return items after delivery by the consumer, for any reason other than incorrect items or items with a manufacturing defect, will be subject to a return and restocking fee, in addition, you will be charged the full delivery charges for shipment of the items in both directions. All items must be returned in the original packaging. The fees and charges for refused items or returned items will only be waived if the original delivery documentation shows the items were damaged at time of delivery.

A signature is required to establish proof of delivery. Before you sign for delivery, it is your responsibility to carefully check and make sure you receive all the pieces or boxes listed on the receipt or bill of lading. You are also responsible for listing any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing it.

WHITEHALL PRODUCTS LIMITED WARRANTY

Limited Warranty, Disclaimer and Limitation of Remedies

Items sold by Whitehall Products, LLC are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of sale, provided said items are used according to Whitehall Products, LLC recommended usages.

Whitehall Products, LLC's liability is limited to the repair of, refund of purchase price for, or replacement in kind of, at Whitehall Products, LLC sole option, any items proved defective, provided the allegedly defective items are returned to Whitehall Products, LLC prepaid.

The warrenties expressed above are in lieu of and exclusive of all other warranties.

THERE ARE NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, EXCEPT AS STATED HERIN,. THERE ARE NOT IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY TO FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, WHICH ARE SPECIALLY DISCLAIMED. WHITEHALL PRODUCTS LLC'S LIABILITY FOR BREACH OF WARRENTY AS HEREIN STATED IS THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY, AND IN NO EVENT SHALL WHITEHALL PRODUCTS, LLC BE LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES EVEN IF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES HAVE BEEN MADE KNOWN TO WHITEHALL PRODUCTS, LLC.

PRODUCT RETURNS:

DO NOT SHIP MERCHANDISE TO U-Sav.com.

Return requests will be accepted up until 14 days after your receipt of the merchandise. Whitehall Products will remake or repaint personalized items, at no charge, only when Whitehall Products is at fault. Other corrections will be the responsibility of the customer.

Whitehall Products will replace all defective parts. A defective return goods authorization is required.

To return an item please call U-Sav toll-free at 1-877-284-9500, and request a Return Authorization number and shipping instructions.

Return merchandise will not be accepted without an RA number being issued. Shipping instructions will then be provided.

Unauthorized returns will be returned to the customer freight collect.

All returns must be in the original factory product cartons and packaging.

Authorized returns for any reason other than factory defects or shipping damage will be credited at full cost less manufacturers minimum restocking fee of up to 25%, plus shipping charges to you and a 5 percent transaction fee. (Even if an item said Free Shipping, you will be charged our actual shipping costs to get the item to you.)
